We’re excited to announce that applications for the Youth Fund are open!
Designed by young people for young people, this fund aims to support youth in Camden by investing in businesses and organisations that are committed to creating meaningful economic opportunities and empowers the next generation through:
- Diversity and inclusion initiatives – e.g. inclusive recruitment policies or anti-racism training
- Confidence and skills building – e.g. training, tutoring, apprenticeships or mentoring
- Mental health and wellbeing support – e.g. providing young people with space and community to improve their mental health and wellbeing
By backing initiatives that foster confidence, education, and employment, we’re working to build a brighter, more inclusive future for young people in Camden.
We will be formally assessing each application and Camden Community Wealth Fund’s fantastic Youth Panel members will play a significant part in that process. Our Youth Panel are a diverse group of 15 young Camden residents. They have been working with us since January to help us shape the Youth Fund – and they will be reviewing every application to help us decide who receives investment. Every decision they help to make is guided by their vision for a fairer, more inclusive local economy that works for young people now and in the future.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so the earlier you apply, the sooner you'll receive a decision. The final deadline for all applications is 30th September 2025.

Key Information
- Launch: 31 July 2025
- Fund Size: £2 million
- Applicant Eligibility: Incorporated businesses and other organisations focused on the impact areas mentioned. The organisation doesn’t need to be based in Camden, but they must be planning to make or already making an impact in Camden. If they are planning to make an impact, that impact should be made within 6 months of investment.
- Revenue Generating: Organisations must be generating revenue and show an ability to repay the financing. We will not consider organisations that are pre revenue. The focus is on the ability to repay the loan, so the amount of loan needs to be reasonable in relation to your cash surplus and ability to repay.
- If we receive a large number of applications then priority will be given to organisations who are connected to Camden in some way. Either through living in Camden, the business being based there or because of a past connection with the borough
- Funding Types: Repayable loans
- Funding Size: £20,000 to £500,000 repayable loans per organisation
